LISA AGBENAFA
CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Lisa has been working as a consultant and legal adviser in empowerment for over 20 years. Since completing her articles at Webber Wentzel Attorneys in 1992, Lisa has worked in many organisations, driving empowerment and transformation. Notably she was the Legal Director of the Mpumalanga Parks Board, where she assisted in the formulation of the current commercialisation strategy of conservation for government conservation areas.

 

She is the founder of both Transcend and Advance Corporate Advisors, both specialising in the field of B-BBEE. Her current practice at Advance pecialises in the provision of expertise to multinationals, as well as Due Diligence services to primarily listed and professional services entities, She advises on all issues pertaining to BEE or Economic Development in tenders, providing a total solution in this field. She has built up M&A knowledge in the B-BBEE regulatory environment, and brings this knowledge to Paramount.

Mark Brown

Mark  graduated with a bachelor of commerce majoring in economics from the University of Cape Town. Mark has been involved in construction, project development management and over time has built up a large portfolio of assets under management.

 

Mark has served on numerous boards from Social Housing, Community Development to the South African shopping Centers Council board.

Robert Daniels
Position Required

Robert Daniels has 25 years’ experience in the Retail Property Space.  He was the Group Property Exec for Ellerines Group responsible for 1100 leases. Robert was instrumental in expanding various brands throughout Southern Africa.

 

Within the corporate space, Robert has advised on the Property Segment on various business strategies setting up new business models, restructuring and repositioning brands congruent with their respective customer profile.

 

Education: Robert has a National Diploma in Architectural Technology from Peninsula Technikon, 1st place honours in the International Leadership Development Program (ILDP) through SETA and studied at GIBS (Gordon Institute Of Business Science); Penn State University and in-situ projects in Canada and England.

Danielle Shuval

DANIELLE SHUVAL
SENIOR TRANSFORMATION ADVISOR

Danielle graduated with an Honours Degree in Organisational Psychology, which ignited her passion and appreciation for the socio-economic development of the South African economy.

 

During her time at the University of Cape Town (UCT), Danielle gained invaluable experience in research, problem-solving, management skills and cultural awareness. Danielle spent most of 2015 teaching English to students in Hong Kong, after which she took time to travel.

Danielle joined the BEE consulting firm Advance in 2016 as a junior transformation advisor, assisting large corporates in implementing their transformation strategies. 

Danielle has strong project management and organizational skills, which make her a valuable team member.

MOIPHONE PHLOROTLE
JUNIOR TRANSFORMATION ADMINSTRATOR

Moipone is a confident, self motivated and ambitious resource, who always strives to give of her best. She is solution orientated and appreciates the value of team work, making her a valuable member of the Due Diligence Team.

 

She is currently completing her studies through UNISA in Public Procurement, focusing on Supply Chain Management. Moipone joined Advance Corporate Advisors in 2017 as a Junior Administrator, focusing on the administration of compliance for clients. She is eager to learn, grow and develop her skills and knowledge. Moipone is a part of the team responsible for the ongoing project management of Paramount investments.

MICHELLE DANIELS
Position Required

Michelle Daniels has 25 years experience in the retail industry.  Working for Pick’ Pay, Michelle started in Operations and worked through the various disciplines in the retail space.  Michelle was entrusted with various managerial positions in Pick ‘n Pay with her last position as a HR Manager in the Gauteng Region.

 

Michelle’s education qualifications are a Bachelor of Arts and a Higher Diploma in Education at the University of Cape Town.  She also completed a Master’s Diploma in Human Resourse Management at the University of Johannesburg.
