Lisa has been working as a consultant and legal adviser in empowerment for over 20 years. Since completing her articles at Webber Wentzel Attorneys in 1992, Lisa has worked in many organisations, driving empowerment and transformation.

Mark Brown
Executive Chairman

Mark  graduated with a bachelor of commerce majoring in economics from the University of Cape Town. Mark has been involved in construction, project development management and over time has built up a large portfolio of assets under management.

Inga Tshayisa
Managing Director

Inga is an admitted attorney, having graduated from the university of Witwatersrand with a LLB. which ignited her passion and appreciation for the socio-economic development of the South African economy.
Inga joined BEE consulting firm Advance in 2019 as a senior transformation advisor, assisting large corporates in implementing their transformation strategies. She was appointed the managing director of Paramount in 2020.

Robert Daniels
Executive Director

Robert Daniels has 25 years’ experience in the Retail Property Space.  He was the Group Property Exec for Ellerines Group responsible for 1100 leases. Robert was instrumental in expanding various brands throughout Southern Africa.

Nicolette Loots
Senior Transformation Compliance

Nicolette has been working as a project manager and business analyst for 18 years, and has worked in the banking industry for 11 years in this role. She was the elected Chairperson on the Transformation Committee for Business Solution Delivery in Standard Bank of South Africa.

As part of the Due Diligence team at Advance, Nicolette plays a key role with regards to liaising with clients. She specialises in managing large verification projects from start to finish as well as processing and analysing data to generate scorecards. Nicolette has almost 10 years of BEE advisory experience, having built scorecards and obtaining excellent verification results large entities, with particular focus on particular multinationals. Nicolette is an expert in code pillar analysis and strategy. Nicolette assists on BEE ownership compliance, specialising in trusts and private equity fund transactions, and ensuring their verification.

Michelle Daniels
Senior Compliance Manager

Michelle Daniels has 25 years experience in the retail industry.  Working for Pick’ Pay, Michelle started in Operations and worked through the various disciplines in the retail space.

MALEBO NHLAPO
JUNIOR TRANSFORMATION ADVISOR

Having completed matric at Waverly Girls High School in 2018 Malebo joined Afrika Tikkun on an extended learnership focussed on Computer Literacy and Work Readiness.

Malebo joined Advance as a Junior Analyst under the Youth Employment Services programme. Malebo deals with highly confidential documentation and therefore makes her trustworthy and invaluable member of the team.

Malebo assists on BEE ownership compliance, Trusts and private equity fund transactions, and ensuring the verification thereof. She assists with developing and implementing ownership solutions for a number of large multinationals, as well as smaller entrepreneurial enterprises in South Africa since she joined Advance. Malebo is the data manager of Advance, and is responsible for management of all data and compliance documentation for ownership and other transactions.
